My daughter loved to meet the Squads every Monday. She got rid of the stress from a long school day, moved and did exercises while having fun and built up happy relationships in the group. She improved her self estimation and staying relaxed. All you need to have a wonderful start in the week!

About Elise

Movement has brought so much physical, mental, and emotional joy into my life, and it's my mission to share this with girls and teens. Team sports were always my thing, but it's simply not every child's path. Luckily, you don’t have to play a sport to love being active. Being active without the pressure of team sports is very powerful! Our younger years shape our body and mind. My goal is to bring happiness to girls that they'll carry all the way into adulthood — this is the time to create healthy habits that support their wellbeing. Every child deserves to feel confident in her skin, proud of her unique talents and abilities, empowered to take care of her body, and feel included and connected with her peers. I have always been active, and that led me to play Division I lacrosse in college. My love of health and fitness continued to grow after school, and I became an avid triathlete and swimmer, having completed dozens of races, including a Half-Ironman. I have a background in education and 12 years of experience working in schools, I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, an ACE Certified Youth Fitness Specialist, CPR certified, head coach of a girls and high school lacrosse program, and a dedicated volunteer for multiple organizations that work with youth from various backgrounds. Story

Girl Squad Fitness teaches the physical, mental, & emotional value of everyday physical activity without the pressures of team sports!

We are not your typical fitness program! We blend movement with reflective exercises that focus on self-confidence, self-acceptance, & positive peer interactions. We provide a safe space for girls to learn how to connect & accept their peers. We respect our TEAM!

We inspire girls to find their own love of movement & learn to build healthy habits that will last into adulthood. We empower girls to be PROUD of their physical activity successes & PROUD to be who they are!

We will use the space of the campus to teach girls how to be active on their own using fun, creative fitness activities. The girls will learn skills to teach their families and friends, encouraging others to create healthy habits as well!
